Swapnil Sahu

Swapnil Sahu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aluminium industry, currently serving as a Process Specialist at Sohar Aluminium since September 2017. In this role, Swapnil has been a key member of the Potline Recovery Team, focusing on metal management and leading various improvement projects including Microflex and V15 Metal Management implementation. Prior to this, Swapnil held several positions at Vedanta Limited, culminating in the role of Associate General Manager - ROOM INCHARGE, where responsibilities included optimizing pot line operations and ensuring safety standards. Swapnil possesses a strong educational background, with a Master of Business Administration in Engineering/Industrial Management from Abertay University, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Raipur Institute of Technology.
