Abdullah Al Jailani, a seasoned professional in performance management and human resources communication, currently serves as Associate Vice President & Head of Performance Management & HR Communication at Sohar International, a role held since January 2019. Abdullah has an extensive background in capability development, having previously led various initiatives including acting as Associate Vice President and Senior Specialist in Learning & Capability Development at the same organization. Prior experience includes a managerial role at HSBC, where Abdullah focused on learning needs analysis and implemented multiple learning initiatives for Oman, and a leadership position at BankMuscat, overseeing retail training programs and operational excellence initiatives.
