The Manned Guarding division engages in the allocation of security guards and the provision of support services. The Security Transportation division is engaged in the transportation of valuables. The General Management and Disaster Prevention segment provides cleaning, environment, equipment and other management services. The Others segment provides other security related products and services. On April 4, 2013, it announced that it has established a new subsidiary, ALSOK Consulting (Thailand) Co., Ltd. On August 1, 2013, it merged with a wholly owned subsidiary. On April 1, 2014, it fully acquired a new subsidiary established by NISSAN CREATIVE SERVICES, which is a subsidiary of Nissan Motor Co Ltd. On April 8, 2014, it acquired a Tokyo-based company.
