Goral Shah

Goral Shah has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment. In 2011, they worked at K-Tech Management as an HR professional, where they developed and executed recruiting plans, worked with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings, created job descriptions, and led the creation of recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an HR Recruiter at Ethos HR Management & Projects Pvt.Ltd. In this role, their responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment processes. In 2021, Goral Shah became the Human Resources Team Lead at Sigma Allied Services Private Limited, where they managed a team of four recruiters, handled client interactions, gathered requirements, managed databases, and met recruitment targets. Currently, Goral works as a Technical Recruiter at SoHo Dragon, starting in 2023.
