Vince Pizzica

Vince Pizzica is a Board Director at Sohonet. Vince has previously served as the Head of Corporate Development & Strategy at Technicolor from January 2014 to December 2018. During their time at Technicolor, they were responsible for repositioning the enterprise as a US West Coast-based technology company, outlining and implementing a new corporate strategic plan (Drive 2020), and driving deal structuring and negotiations for multimillion-euro acquisitions, including Cisco's Scientific Atlanta division, visual effects company The Mill, and Cinram assets. Vince also played a central role in private equity expansion of Connected Home business by investigating potential mergers with privately held companies in adjacent markets. Prior to their time at Technicolor, Vince Pizzica served as Pacific Strategic Consulting and BeBop Technology.

Vince Pizzica has a Masters in Science from the University of Essex in Telecommunications & Information Systems and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from The University of Queensland in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
