Stephanie Mathern

Stephanie Mathern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and agriculture. Currently serving as a Development Board Member for the Soil Association since February 2024, Stephanie is dedicated to enhancing soil and human health through innovative partnerships. As the Founder of AgVenturesUK since October 2019, Stephanie invests in regenerative agriculture and farming innovations. Additional roles include Business Advisor at Farm491, Non-Executive Director at Vagabond Wines, and previous Non-Executive Director at Sophie Anderson Ltd. Stephanie's earlier career includes significant positions at Barclays Capital, Citi Group, Bear Stearns, United Financial Group Moscow, and Lehman Brothers, specializing in structured credit and fixed income sales. Stephanie holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
