Daniele de Leo

Daniele De Leo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Daniele is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Soilmec. Prior to this, they served as the Group HR Director at 3F Filippi S.p.A. and the Group HR and Organization Director at Comet S.p.A. Daniele also worked as the Corporate International HR Manager at Emak S.p.A. and held various positions at Rosetti Marino SpA, including International HR Manager and International Subsidiaries Coordination. Additionally, they served as the International Accounting Manager at Bentini SpA and the Corporate Affairs Manager at Montedison SpA. Daniele began their career at Ferruzzi Investimenti Srl as an Accountant. Throughout their career, Daniele De Leo has developed extensive expertise in human resources management, accounting, and corporate affairs.

Daniele De Leo obtained a Master's Degree in HR Management from CIPD Qualifications in 2015-2016. In 2003-2004, Daniele completed a Specialization Master in International Taxation from Euroconference. In 1999, Daniele attended SDA Bocconi for project management. They also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna. Moreover, Daniele attended the Technical and Business Institute "G. Ginanni" from 1984 to 1989, where they received a degree as an Accountant and IT expert. In terms of additional certifications, Daniele De Leo became Hogan Assessment Certified in June 2023 through HumanAge, and obtained the CIPD Level 5 in HR Management in April 2016 from CIPD.
