Kyaw Kyaw Aung

Kyaw Kyaw Aung (JJ) has extensive experience in process engineering and management, currently serving as Module Manager at SOITEC since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams and managing roadmaps for process and product improvements. Previous roles include Senior Process Engineer focused on high-temperature annealing and oxidation processes at SOITEC, and Senior Process Development Engineer at Micron Technology, where key contributions involved the development of critical cell films for advanced 3D NAND technology. Prior experience at Micron Semiconductor Asia Pte. Ltd. provided a solid foundation in process engineering, troubleshooting, and production line efficiency. Earlier internships at the Institute for Infocomm Research and Draeger Safety Asia contributed to skills in web application development and calibration of gas detection equipment. Kyaw Kyaw Aung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in the same field from Singapore Polytechnic.
