Paolo Colpani

Paolo Colpani has over three decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Process Development Manager at STMicroelectronics since July 1993, specializing in BCD Technology within the R2 Fab organization. Previous roles include Process Transfer Manager R&D, overseeing the transition of R&D processes to manufacturing sites, and Team Leader for BEOL process development, focusing on interconnection technologies. Earlier in their career, Paolo served as an Isolation Process Module Engineer, responsible for various isolation techniques. Prior to STMicroelectronics, Paolo worked as a Secondary Mathematics and Physics Teacher at the Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione and engaged in civil service with Caritas Mantova. Educational credentials include a Laurea Magistrale in Fisica Teorica - Stato Solido from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and a Diploma di Maturità in Lettere Classiche from Liceo Classico Virgilio Mantova.
