Pascal Lobry

Pascal Lobry is the human resources director at Soitec. He joined the company in 2015 to oversee the social component of divestments in the solar and lighting markets.

Lobry previously served as HR director for several major international firms, at times when business strategies and organizations were undergoing considerable transformation.

Since 2012, he has overseen change management projects for EIM (leader in Executive Interim Management) and held, internationally, various executive HR positions at SPIE Oil & Gas Services, Valeo and Galderma, both in industry and services.

He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and regularly teaches at the master's level in human resources management, most notably at Sciences Po.
