Poh Hui Min

Principal Engineer Facilities at Soitec

Poh Hui Min has extensive experience in facilities management, particularly in overseeing various systems such as CCTV and door access, SCADA, ultrapure water, and wastewater treatment. They have managed both in-house and external contractors for facilities maintenance and security. Prior to their role at SOITEC as a Principal Engineer, Poh Hui Min held positions as a Facilities Senior Engineer at RF360, an Executive at the National Environment Agency, and a Staff Engineer at International Rectifier. They also worked as a Facilities Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and an Engineer at AFPD, where they were responsible for managing ultrapure and wastewater systems, monitoring utility consumption, and leading water-saving projects.

Poh Hui Min holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, which was obtained from 2006 to 2010. Poh also has a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic, acquired from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they completed a Specialist Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Temasek Polytechnic from 2011 to 2012, and a Specialist Diploma in WSH level C (Workplace Safety and Health) from Singapore Polytechnic from 2014 to 2016. Poh Hui Min has obtained additional certifications as a Fire Safety Manager from the Singapore Civil Defence Force, and as a Workplace Safety Health Officer from the Ministry of Manpower.
