Ed Birmingham

Ed Birmingham has extensive experience in technical operations, currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations at Sojern since September 2007. Birmingham leads a global team of Technical Operation Specialists, known as the JusTech League, across locations in Omaha, Vancouver, London, and Singapore, driving efficiency in campaign management and technical problem-solving. Prior roles at Sojern included Senior Manager and Technical Operations Manager, during which Birmingham significantly increased case handling capacity and received the Mentor of the Year Award in 2019. Previous professional experience includes management and support roles at Intuit, Lutz & Company, and Phillips Manufacturing Company, with early career work as a Network Administrator at Creighton University School of Law. Birmingham holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Creighton University and continues to pursue ongoing education.
