Sierra Morris has over a decade of experience in financial and product management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Associate Product Manager at Sojern, Sierra has progressed through multiple positions including Innovation Analyst Team Lead, Analyst, and Associate Analyst since joining in July 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Merchandise Planning Analyst at Oriental Trading Company from July 2015 to June 2018, and as an Investment Research Analyst and Junior Investment Research Analyst at CLS Investments, LLC from June 2013 to July 2015. Sierra began a career in finance at Mutual 1st Federal, where roles included Commercial Credit Analyst and Financial Service Representative/Consumer Lender from July 2011 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Banking, Financial Markets, Investment Science, and Portfolio Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, supplemented by an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan Community College.
