John Crosby has over 30 years of experience in a variety of roles, starting with Alcoa as a Regional Sales Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. John later became the Managing Partner of Triumph Entertainment, LLC, before moving to Ballast Point Ventures where they were engaged in upgrading the firm's infrastructure and marketing systems. John was also Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PeopleWorks, where they created a comprehensive sales and marketing plan. John was a Director of Operations at Staff Leasing. Crosby became Vice President of Sales at PowerDMS in 2015 before moving to SiteZeus as Consulting COO. John was Chief Strategy Officer and then Chief Revenue Officer at PowerChord, Inc., where they grew the business 15% annually through a combination of same-account growth and acquisition of new logos. Currently, they are working at SOJO as the Chief Revenue Officer.

John Crosby received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University in 1988. From 1993 to 1995, they attended Harvard Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus area in General Management.
