Derek Starling, PE, PMP, CQE, F. SAME, serves as Principal at SOL ENGINEERING SERVICES, LLC since November 2001. Previously, Derek held the position of Corporate Director of Quality/ERP/ Reliability & Quality Engineering at Proliance International from 1998 to 2004, and prior to that, worked at Baxter International Inc. in various roles including Quality Section Manager, Manufacturing Superintendent, and Process Engineering Manager from January 1989 to July 1995. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Mathematics from Mississippi State University.
