Jordan Allen

Jordan Allen currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Operations at SOL Mental Health, overseeing patient access, patient experience, and scalable operations since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jordan held the position of Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Oak Street Health from January 2022 to December 2024, also acting as Chief of Staff to the President. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Director and Director of Operational Strategy & Execution at Sheridan Capital Partners, along with an MBA internship at both Sheridan and Sandbox Industries, a healthcare venture capital fund. Jordan holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
