Fabio Doria has a diverse and extensive work experience. Fabio currently serves as the Group President EMEA & APAC at Sol Millennium Medical Group since November 2022. Previously, Fabio worked as the General Manager Latin America at CooperSurgical Fertility and Genomics Solutions from May 2021 to October 2022. Fabio also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bioactive Biomateriais from October 2018 to August 2022.
Before that, Fabio held various positions at Smiths Medical, including General Manager Latin America from June 2017 to April 2021 and General Manager Brazil, Director Sales & Marketing Brazil & LATAM from December 2014 to June 2017. Fabio also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Bioactive Biomateriais from January 2014 to November 2014.
Fabio's earlier experience includes serving as the Country Manager at Hospira from December 2009 to May 2013, President Europe & Asia Pacific at West Pharmaceutical Services from October 2008 to April 2009, and VP/GM Western Europe & EMA - Medical Surgical at BD from October 2000 to September 2008. Fabio also held various roles within BD, including VP/GM Worldwide, Critical Care Systems, Business Unit Director, and Marketing & Sales Manager in Brazil and South Cone Countries.

Fabio Doria's education history includes various degrees, certificates, and programs. In 1981, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 1995, they completed an Executive Education Program in Business Administration and General Management from Harvard Business School. In 1999, they earned an MBA in Executive Business Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
In recent years, Fabio pursued additional education and certifications. In 2020, they attended FIA Business School for a program focused on the Improvement of Sales Results. That same year, they also participated in an Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies program at Harvard Business School.
In 2021, Fabio continued their education at Harvard University, where they completed a certificate course in Bioethics, specifically exploring the law, medicine, and ethics of reproductive technologies and genetics. Fabio also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to study the Science and Business of Biotechnology.
Moreover, Fabio expanded their knowledge by obtaining various certifications. In 2021, they received a Certificate of Mentorship in Innovation from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, they obtained certifications from Harvard University's online learning platform, edX, including Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles and Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking. Lastly, they completed a certification course on The Science and Business of Biotechnology from MIT via edX.
