Kelly Trahan

Kelly Trahan is currently the General Counsel at Sol Source Power, where they apply a practical approach to negotiating and documenting financing terms for national and community banks and insurance companies. With prior experience as a Counsel at Murtha Cullina LLP and a Partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP, Kelly has successfully handled complex commercial financings, including various credit facilities and tax credit financing programs. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Western New England University School of Law and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Hartford.
