Francisco Zepeda has extensive experience in construction and real estate. Francisco started their career as a Journeyman Carpenter at the Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters in 2001. Francisco then worked as a Construction Management employee at Kaiser Permanente from 2007 to 2013. Following this, they became a Real Estate Investor in 2013 and held that role until 2017. In 2017, they served as the President of Tennex Builders and later became the VP of Construction at SOLA IMPACT.
Francisco Zepeda attended the Harvard Business School from 2019 to 2021, where they completed the Business Analytics Program. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the General Building Contractor (Class B) certification from the Contractors State License Board in May 2020. Francisco also received the Strategic Leadership certification from SIS Certifications in April 2020. In addition, they obtained several Procore certifications, including Procore Administrator in March 2020, and certifications in Project Manager (Core Tools), Project Manager (Financial Management), Project Manager (Project Management), Project Manager (Quality & Safety), and Project Manager (Resource Management), all from Procore Technologies in March 2020 as well.
