Jake Tolkin

Jake Tolkin is an experienced investment professional with a background in real estate and finance. Currently serving as an Investment Associate and previously as an Investment Analyst at SoLa Impact since August 2023, Jake is involved in strategies focused on creating high-quality affordable housing and fostering economic development. Prior experience includes roles as an Asset Management Intern at American Realty Advisors, an Investment Advisory Intern at Family Management Corporation, a Real Estate Development intern at Tolkin Group, and a Debt & Equity Intern at CBRE. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Syracuse University, completed in May 2023.
