Cynthia Benslimane

Cynthia Benslimane is a finance and human resources professional with extensive experience in payroll management and social governance. Currently serving as Responsable Paie, SIRH et Contrôle de Gestion sociale at Solabia Group since October 2023, Cynthia previously held the role of Responsable Paie Adjointe at SFERIS for a brief period in 2023. Prior to these positions, Cynthia managed payroll and social management at BERNARD CONTROLS from September 2016 to February 2023, overseeing a workforce of 300 employees. Additional experience includes roles at Le Monde, Volkswagen Financial Services France, and Volkswagen Group France, where Cynthia consistently handled end-to-end payroll processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
