Amanda Schultz

Amanda Schultz is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and care coordination. Currently serving as an RN Advocate at Solace since October 2025, Amanda previously held multiple leadership roles at Crossing Rivers Health from July 2014 to October 2025, including Care Coordination Director and Home Health and Assisted Living Director. Previous experience includes positions as a Registered Nurse at Prairie Maison and Guttenberg Care Center, as well as earlier roles as a Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration from Viterbo University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the same institution, along with an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Northeast Iowa Community College.
