Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a highly technical position.  This role requires a deep passion for technology and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a keen ability to address complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.

  • Take ownership of solution features and new technologies, leading efforts to integrate them into our offerings.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and resolution of technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in a technical role (software development, technical support, QA etc)
  • Programming experience in at least one of: Java, C, or .NET
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in solution engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of various technologies and their applications in solving business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, delivering results within deadlines.
  • Willing to provide support to the team outside of core business hours.
  • Legally able to work in India.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in various messaging protocols/products including JMS, MQTT, REST, AMQP, Kafka, MQ, EMS.

  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack, Cloud Foundry, etc. would be advantageous.

  • Strong expertise in TCP networking, encompassing concepts and troubleshooting, is indispensable for this role.

  • Sound proficiency in Unix/Linux System Administration.
