Jon Spratt

Jon Spratt is the current Digital Marketing Manager at Solace. Prior to this, they were the Marketing Director at HRSG from April 2017 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing and providing strategic direction for all digital marketing activities, including overall lead generation, the company’s website, email marketing, social media. Jon also managed the digital marketing team within the company’s marketing department.

Before their role at HRSG, Jon was the Online Marketing Strategist at ABORG from April 2014 to April 2017. In this role, they planned marketing campaigns and assets and ensured tactical execution of campaigns. Jon also managed SEO strategy and implemented onsite changes to maintain and increase keyword rankings. Additionally, they managed and optimized paid advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, LinkedIn, etc.) and developed and optimized workflows for marketing automation and facilitation of lead transfer to sales department.

Prior to their role at ABORG, Jon was the Web Content & Public Relations at Bloomex from July 2013 to April 2014. In this role, they wrote and edited content for the company website as needed.

Before their career in marketing, Jon worked as a reporter/photographer at Metroland Media Group from April 2010 to September 2011. Jon also worked as a soccer writer at Sportsnet.ca from March 2012 to July 2013.

Jon Spratt's educational career began with a journalism program at Centennial College. Jon then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Brock University. After that, they completed a certification from Lynda.com in Time Management for Managers. Finally, they obtained certifications from Google in both Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
