Jeff Lassiter

Mr. Lassiter has rejoined SolAero Technologies Corp. as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lassiter has spent several years as an investment banker executing M&A and corporate financing transactions with Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace, Defense & Government (ADG) Group, and with Deutsche Bank’s Semiconductor & Electronics Investment Banking practice in San Francisco, CA. Jeff began his career as a satellite systems engineer, working key roles across several MILSATCOM (Milstar, AEHF, MUOS, TSAT) and Intelligence Community Programs. During his time as a systems engineer, Mr. Lassiter worked at The Aerospace Corporation, Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space, LinQuest Corporation, and The Boeing Company. Jeff has a BSEE from UCLA, an MSEE from USC, and an MBA from The Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
