Gileno Correia

Gileno Correia has a diverse work experience in the beverage industry. Gileno is currently working as the Industrial Director at Solar Coca-Cola since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Grupo Simões as a Factory Manager for Coca-Cola from August 2017 to March 2020. Before that, they held the role of Plant Manager at Brasil Kirin, where they led the largest production unit, managed a team of over 700 people, and won several internal and external awards. Gileno also has experience as a Plant Manager at Zilor, where they were responsible for leading the Quatá Unit. Additionally, Gileno has worked at Ambev in various positions, including Plant Manager, Process Control Manager, Quality Supervisor, and Quality Trainee, where they gained expertise in production, quality control, and project management.

Gileno Correia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Católica de Pernambuco from 1989 to 1994. Gileno later pursued a specialized degree in Business Economics from the Universidade Católica de Fortaleza in 1998-1999. In 1999-2001, Gileno completed an MBA in Industrial Process Management from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Gileno also earned a Master Brewer certificate from the Siebel Institute in 2014 and became an International Instructor of TPM from IMC Internacional in 2009.
