Martin Augustin

Martin contributes to Solar for Schools with his experience of project development in the renewable energy sector. He has 12 years of experience in developing solar projects, wind farms and biogas plants in Europe. Prior to joining Solar for Schools, Martin ran a renewable energy consultancy business, where he helped renewable power plants, investors and utilities to cope with the fast moving renewable energy sector and the associated complexity when managing renewable energy projects. He truly believes in the disruptive power of solar to change not only the energy sector but the way humans live. Martin wants to live in a world where his children know where the energy comes from and how it touches nearly every single aspect of the day to day lives. Martin holds a diploma in technology and management from Technical University of Munich.
