Brandee Lyles currently serves as the Operations & Maintenance Coordinator at Solar Optimum, starting in April 2023. From June 2020 to January 2022, Brandee worked as an Energy Advisor for Southern California Edison, where responsibilities included providing high-quality customer service, managing customer complaints, and offering energy solutions while handling a high volume of calls. Prior to that, Brandee gained experience as a Customer Service Technical Support representative at USAePay, where duties involved troubleshooting and assisting customers with various devices and software. Brandee's educational background includes studies at West Los Angeles College, Premier Choice Health for Nurse's Assistant training, and The University of Akron.
