Shalyne Samoei

Shalyne Samoei has a strong background in fraud investigation and prevention, currently serving as a Fraud Investigator for Solar Panda in the North Rift Region since August 2021. In this role, Shalyne investigates and reports on fraudulent activities, conducts audits, and collaborates with the field sales team to identify and address fraudulent cases. Prior to this, Shalyne was the Anti Fraud Team Lead at Jiji Kenya from March 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the fraud detection operations and addressing unlawful financial activities on the platform. Earlier experience includes serving as an Anti Fraud Prevention Officer at Jiji Kenya, focusing on identifying scammers and verifying genuine clients, as well as four years as a Telesales Representative at M-KOPA, enhancing customer experience and sales.
