Michael Bramnick

Michael Bramnick serves as head of Administration and is a member of the Executive Management Team at NRG. His direct reports include Human Resources, Sustainability, Business Continuity & Crisis Management, Safety, Security, and Facilities. As Chief Compliance Officer, he has enterprise-wide responsibility for Corporate Compliance and for Regulatory Compliance. He also helps lead NRG’s COVID-19 response and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative.

Michael has previously served in a number of roles at NRG including Senior Vice President-Corporate Affairs and General Counsel. He began his career as a lawyer at Troutman Pepper LLC and has held senior legal positions in several publicly traded companies.

Michael holds an undergraduate degree from George Washington University and a law degree from Penn State Dickinson Law School.

Michael is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees at the D&R Greenway Land Trust, and a member of the Leadership Council Advisory Board at Penn State Dickinson Law School.
