Maria Santaella Villamil

Maria Santaella Villamil is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract negotiations. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Solar Turbines since July 2023, Maria previously held the role of Senior Contracts Counsel at Experian from February 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, such as technology and confidentiality agreements. Prior positions include Counsel with the Procurement Legal Team at REEF, Corporate Counsel at Banco Sabadell, and Associate at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP.
