Alexis Miller

Director Of Community Impact at Solar United Neighbors

Alexis Miller has a diverse work experience, with a focus on community engagement and program coordination. In their current role as the Director of Community Impact at Solar United Neighbors, they oversee strategy, recruitment, and engagement across six states. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Outreach Specialist and an Engagement Specialist at the same organization, where they successfully implemented engagement programs and raised attendance and income at keystone conferences.

Before joining Solar United Neighbors, Alexis served as the Programs and Administration Coordinator at the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg, where they administered the Emergency Food and Shelter Program and coordinated community grant funding. Additionally, Alexis has international experience, having worked as the Uganda Country Coordinator for HELP International, leading community development projects and participating in project evaluation and planning. Alexis also volunteered at an orphanage home and local primary school in Tanzania, Africa, teaching English and providing care to the children.
