Vinicius Ferraz

Vinicius Ferraz is a Brazilian electrical engineer with experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Solar21, a Brazilian technology company that offers subscription-based solar energy solutions. Prior to this, they were an Electrical Engineer at TELEBRAS S.A. from 2016, where they were part of the head team that oversaw and managed the implementation of the Land Infrastructure of the Geoestacionário de Defesa e Comunicações Estratégicas (SGDC) project. This was a Franco-Brazilian project with an investment of over R$2.5 billion. The SGDC is one of the largest telecommunications projects in Brazil in the last 20 years, providing high-speed internet access to any part of the country and impacting the lives of millions of Brazilians through digital and social inclusion.

Vinicius Ferraz obtained an Engineer's degree in Engenharia Elétrica - Energia e Automação from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Engenharia de Computação from Instituto Militar de Engenharia between 2010 and 2012.
