Holly Bond has a diverse work experience. Holly is currently working as a Business Development Manager (Education) at SolarBuddy since February 2022. Holly started their career in 2008 at KidsCan: Children's Cancer Research Centre, where they held various roles including Fundraising Manager, Corporate Fundraiser, and Box Project Co-ordinator. In their position as a Fundraising Manager, they were responsible for implementing the fundraising strategy, developing fundraising plans, setting budgets and targets, coordinating events and campaigns, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with charity legislation and guidelines.

Holly Bond has a diverse education history. Holly attended the University of Hull from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Philosophy. In 2009, Holly enrolled in Damar Training and completed an NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration. Continuing their educational pursuits, they attended King George V College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Mathematics, History, English Language, and Physics at the A levels. In 2010 and 2011, Holly completed a Certificate in Fundraising Management from The Institute of Fundraising. Lastly, in 2013 and 2014, they pursued an additional qualification, obtaining a TEFL Qualification from TEFL England, specializing as an English Teacher.
