Bob Zapotosky

Bob Zapotosky has a long and varied career in finance and operations. Bob began their career in 1991 as the CFO of Metcal, Inc., where they were part of a turnaround management team that quadrupled the company's revenue and attained 15%+ Operating Income. In 1996, they took on the role of COO of Electronic Lighting Inc., where they served as interim CEO for 9 months and grew the company to 20 people and a $5MM run rate. Bob then moved on to Flextronics Inc. in 2000, where they served as Director of Finance. In 2004, they became VP of Admin/CFO of All Covered Inc., where they were responsible for all administrative functions in a 300-person, 20 office professional services company. Bob also served as corporate secretary and completed a recapitalization and 2 rounds of financings. From 2006 to 2011, Bob provided senior management level support to small companies as a Consulting COO/CFO/VP Admin. In 2011, they retired from Solaria Corporation as CFO. Most recently, Bob is currently a Consulting CFO for SOLARCYCLE, Inc.

Bob Zapotosky attended Bowling Green State University from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a BSBA in Accounting.
