Rich Miller

Rich Miller serves as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Snap-on Incorporated since July 2012, having previously held the position of Associate General Counsel. Prior to their tenure at Snap-on, Rich Miller was a Partner at Schiff Hardin LLP from 2005 to 2012. Rich Miller obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law between 1995 and 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Theater from Northwestern University from 1988 to 1992.
