Aviad Yeshaya

Aviad Yeshaya is a seasoned professional in compliance and hardware engineering with extensive experience across various technology and medical companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compliance at SolarEdge Technologies since November 2017, Aviad leads global compliance processes and manages an internal certification lab. Prior to this role, Aviad was a Senior Hardware Engineer at McKesson, focusing on hemodynamic hardware product strategy, and served as Head of Engineering at Medasense Biometrics Ltd., developing a patented platform for pain assessment. Earlier career highlights include project management at EarlySense and integration engineering at IAI, where significant contributions to encryption systems for satellite communications were made. Aviad holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
