Garry Blair

Garry Blair is an accomplished Embedded Software Team Lead with extensive experience in embedded systems development across various industries. Currently at SolarEdge Technologies since May 2022, Garry leads embedded development initiatives for ISO15118-20 and OCPP standards. Prior roles include leading embedded software teams at ARRIVAL, focusing on charging systems, and Essence Group, where Garry specialized in proprietary radio-based products. Garry has a strong background in firmware development, including BLE, Wi-Fi, and various communication protocols, with previous experience at Seebo, NEAT Applied Technologies, and Linea Research. A graduate of Bournemouth University with a BEng in Electronics, Garry also held positions at Relay Engineering and MBDA, contributing to precision instrumentation and military systems.
