Ivan Valdes Troncoso

Ivan Valdes Troncoso is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in service and maintenance management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Service Manager at Solarig, Ivan oversees the operation and maintenance of the Huatacondo photovoltaic plant and is also functioning as Site Manager for the Atacama II solar project. Prior experience includes a significant role as Maintenance Supervisor at Enel Group, where responsibilities encompassed fault analysis and the maintenance of various electrical systems. Ivan has also held supervisory positions at IMAN S.A., providing contract management for cathodic protection systems, and has provided instruction in electrical engineering topics at Centro Tecnológico Minero. Ivan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Tarapacá and has additional academic credentials in Civil Industrial Engineering and Electricity Execution Engineering.
