Kate Leah Escalona, EIT has extensive work experience in the field of instrumentation and controls engineering. Kate Leah started their career in 2009 as a CAD Engineer at Jadphil & Associates, Inc. Kate Leah then moved on to Chiyoda Philippines Corporation in 2010, where they worked as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer and later as a Junior Designer. In 2013, they joined Chiyoda Sarawak Sdn. Bhd. as an Instrument Field Engineer, Construction Supervisor, and Loop Test Supervisor.

In 2014, Kate joined Fluor Corporation as a Control System Engineer and worked there till 2017. Kate Leah then joined JGC Philippines, Inc. as an Instrument Engineer for a brief period from May 2017 to December 2017. In 2018, they worked at Fluor Corporation as a Control Systems Design Engineer.

From 2019 to 2022, Kate worked at Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Japan as an Instrument Engineer. Currently, they are working at Solaris MCI as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, starting from February 2023.
