Beata Kijek- Grzywa

Beata Kijek-Grzywa has over a decade of experience in project management and engineering roles at Solaris Bus & Coach, beginning in December 2011. Positions held include Project Manager, Quality Improvement Engineer, Production Engineer, and Warranty Specialist. Prior to this, Beata worked as a Sales Specialist at Cellco Communications and DQ-PP from June 2011 to June 2011. Beata holds a Postgraduate Degree in Quality Management with a specialization in Lean Manufacturing from Politechnika Poznańska (2016-2017) and an Engineer’s Degree in Production Engineering and Management from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin (2005-2010).
