Jason Esparza

Jason Esparza is currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure since December 2021. Prior to this role, Jason held positions as Corporate Counsel at Title365 and AVP Associate Counsel at Xome. Experience includes extensive work in negotiating complex commercial agreements, including master service agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations in the financial and housing industries. Jason's career also featured a role as Contracts Counsel at Mr. Cooper, focusing on vendor contract negotiations and monitoring legal compliance. Earlier positions included serving as Contracts Counsel for Xome and as a Regulatory Compliance Associate, where duties encompassed contract drafting, compliance monitoring, and assisting in M&A due diligence.
