Monica Pogula

Monica Pogula is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment law and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel for Employment Law at The Home Depot since October 2025, Monica previously held positions as Counsel for Litigation & Compliance and Attorney at Paradies Lagardère from September 2020 to October 2025. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Chamberlain Hrdlicka, Senior Counsel in the Labor and Employment Division at the New York City Law Department, and Flight Crew Employee Relations Manager at Cathay Pacific. Monica began her legal career as an Attorney at the U.S. Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation from 2007 to 2012.
