Siani Setijawati Demieri

Siani Setijawati DeMieri has extensive work experience in business performance and analytics, as well as people development and business analytics. Siani worked as the Director of Business Performance and Analytics at Solaris Paper, Inc from October 2014 to present. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of People Development and Business Analytics at Asia Pulp & Paper (Cakrawala Mega Indah) from February 2008 to August 2014.

Siani Setijawati DeMieri completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Information Engineering from Fu Jen Catholic University, from 1992 to 1996. Siani pursued further education at The University of Salford, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business with Information Technology, from 1996 to 1997.
