Javier Pozo Santana

Javier Pozo Santana has extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management, holding key positions in various companies. From March 2019 to April 2021, Javier served as Jefe de Seguridad, Salud, Ambiente y Calidad at China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. Prior to this, from November 2014 to March 2019, Javier was Jefe de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional at Inarecrom S.A., where responsibilities included developing internal hygiene and safety regulations and emergency plans. Earlier roles include Encargado de Seguridad Industrial at TARCO SPORT S.A., focusing on workplace safety programs and production efficiency, and Asistente de Seguridad Industrial at Corporacion Impactex Cia Ltda. Javier holds a Master's in Prevention of Labor Risks from Universidad de La Rioja, a Master's in PRL Management from UNIR, and an Industrial Engineering degree from Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo.
