Franziska Klose has extensive experience in People Operations, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Solaris SE since July 2017. In this role, Franziska is responsible for overseeing all People Operations processes and procedures across Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, including audit, payroll, contract management, and occupational safety. Prior to Solaris SE, Franziska worked as an SAP HR HCM Expert at E.ON Business Services GmbH from June 2016 to June 2017, and as a People Operations Specialist at Zalando from March 2013 to May 2016.
