Tharunraj Jayaraj

Tharunraj Jayaraj has been working in the field of solar energy since 2021, when they began their current role as Project Manager for Solarise Africa. Tharunraj also works as a Solar Energy Consultant. Prior to this, they were Head of Marketing and Business Development at Lamo Solar from 2017 to 2021. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Jistech Systems Private Limited as Business Development Manager and Sales Engineer. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at SPUDWEB Technologies Private Limited as a Java Developer, where they were responsible for requirement gathering, design, development, and enablement of core engineering projects.

Tharunraj Jayaraj completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the PSG College of Technology between 2008 and 2013. Tharunraj also obtained a Certificate in Web Component Development using Java Technologies from the Academic Council of NIIT in September 2011 and completed an In-plant Training in Signal & Telecom. Department at Southern Railway, Chennai in June 2011. In 2016, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
