Shailesh Chandra Pandey

Shailesh Chandra Pandey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in diverse roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for SOLARPACK since February 2024, Shailesh has previously held significant positions, including Assistant General Manager - HR at Hero Future Energies, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, training and development, performance management, and compliance across multiple locations, including overseas markets. Prior roles include Deputy Manager - HR at IndianOil-Adani Gas, Assistant Manager - HR at Hindustan Power Projects, and leading talent acquisition at Monnet Ispat & Energy. Shailesh began a career in HR at Top Rankers Management Consultants, focusing on recruitment and training and development initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Lucknow and a Higher Secondary degree in PCM from Colvin Taluqdars' College.
