Claire Soderstrom

Claire Soderstrom, SHRM-CP, has held various roles throughout their work experience. Claire started their career as a student at Butler University from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, Claire had an internship at The Chicago Trust Company and Chicago Children's Museum, where they gained experience in trust and special events/development. In 2013, they interned at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra as an Education Intern. From 2014 to 2014, Claire worked as an Events-Development Intern at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. Claire then moved on to The Chicago Trust Company as a Trust Associate from June 2014 to December 2014.

In 2015, Claire joined Wayne Hummer Investments as an IRA Specialist until November 2017. Claire then transitioned to Partners by Design, where they held multiple roles. First, they served as an Office Administrator from November 2017 to November 2022, overseeing all aspects of office management, obtaining their SHRM-CP certification to handle HR responsibilities, planning internal and external events, and managing financial accounts. Currently, Claire is the Human Resources Director at Partners by Design, a position they have held since November 2022.

Claire Soderstrom, SHRM-CP, has an extensive education history. Claire obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Claire attended DePaul from 2021 to 2023.

Prior to their MBA, Claire earned their Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration and French from Butler University. Claire completed their undergraduate studies at Butler from 2010 to 2014.

Before entering higher education, Claire attended Lyons Township High School District 204, where they completed their High School/Secondary Diploma Programs. Claire graduated from Lyons Township in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Claire also holds a certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which they obtained from the SHRM institution in July 2020.
