Gifty Pamela Afun

Gifty Pamela Afun is an experienced Electrical/Electronics Engineer with a background in maintaining and assembling electric vehicles, currently employed at SolarTaxi since September 2020. Previously, Gifty served as the Bike Maintenance Team Lead at WoteAfrica, overseeing the maintenance of electric scooters and bikes. Gifty's experience includes working as a Service Personnel/Electrical Technician at the Ghana Armed Forces' 49 Engineer Regiment, where responsibilities involved electrical design and technician work. Gifty has also held positions at Rotary International and Eastern Naval Command as an Electrical Apprentice, focusing on electrical maintenance and safety. Additional apprenticeships at Cargill and Electricity Company of Ghana Limited provided foundational experience in electrical and customer service roles. Gifty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Regional Maritime University.
